The Trustees met at Glendon College. After dining in the Gendon SCR and talking with their officers, there was a meeting at about 1.30 p.m. in the Glendon SCR to discuss the Glendon SCR request to subsidize the renovation of part of their facility. The Trustees agreed that a $15,000 contribution would be appropriate subject to giving the membership an opportunity to comment.
The Trustees confirmed their approval of recommendations made at the AGM on February 25, 2003.
