Present: Paul Evans (Chair) Penni Stewart, (Secretary), Don Dippo, Lorna Erwin, Walter Whiteley, (Trustees).
Motion: That we agree in principle to and will recommend to the membership that a donation of $25,000.00 be provided to the Transition Year Program (TYP) and that this would be renewable for one year providing that the TYP submits a progress report by February 1, 2008 and can provide evidence of future sustainable funding prior to renewel.

Motion: That the YUFA Trust request the YUFA Foundation to consider in the course of its upcoming discussion of scholarships and bursaries, the possibility of creating part-time bursaries for graduate and/or undergraduate students.
