Welcome to this site which is  designed to provide YUFA members and the wider public with a full archive of YUFA Trust Fund and YUFA Foundation documents. We also will regularly post news and updates on the activities of the two organizations.

YUFA stands for York University Faculty Association, the professional association and certified bargaining agent for approximately 1,500 faculty, librarians, archivists and postdoctoral visitors at York University, Toronto. YUFA Trust Fund and YUFA Foundation are sibling organizations of YUFA and funded by contributions of YUFA members and  charitable donors.

The site provides foundational documents (like the Trust Agreement, Foundation By-Laws),  current governance documents (e.g., AGM agenda packages with audited financial statements and annual reports), and a comprehensive archive of past meetings and reports.
